Article R2524-1 of the French Labour Code

The arbitrator shall notify the parties of the award within twenty-four hours of it being made. This notification shall be made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
After this notification, the arbitrator shall send a copy of the award and the documents on the basis of which it was made to the Minister in charge of labour. This copy, at the parties’ expense, shall be sent by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt.

L’arbitre notifie la sentence aux parties dans un délai de vingt-quatre heures après qu’elle a été prise. Cette notification est faite par lettre recommandée avec avis de réception.
Après cette notification, l’arbitre envoie un exemplaire de la sentence et des pièces au vu desquelles elle a été rendue au ministre chargé du travail. Cet envoi, aux frais des parties, est adressé sous pli recommandé avec avis de réception.
