Article R2524-15 of the French Labour Code

Each case is heard by a member of the Superior Court of Arbitration or by one of the Court’s assistant rapporteurs appointed by the President.
As soon as the application is received, the rapporteur notifies the Minister for Employment. He asks him to produce the file sent by the arbitrator and to make any observations he deems useful.
He notifies each interested party by sending one of the copies attached to the application of the proceedings brought before the court. It sets a time limit for them to submit their pleadings.
The parties are invited to consult the file at the court secretariat.

Article R2524-15

Chaque affaire est instruite par un membre de la Cour supérieure d’arbitrage ou par un des rapporteurs adjoints à la cour désigné par le président.
Dès la réception de la requête, le rapporteur en donne communication au ministre chargé du travail. Il lui demande de produire le dossier envoyé par l’arbitre et de présenter, le cas échéant, les observations qu’il juge utiles.
Il avise chaque partie intéressée par l’envoi d’une des copies jointes à la requête de l’instance introduite devant la cour. Il leur impartit un délai pour présenter leur mémoire.
Les parties sont invitées à prendre connaissance du dossier au secrétariat de la cour.
