Article R2524-18 of the French Labour Code

The decisions of the Superior Court of Arbitration are rendered on behalf of the French people.
They contain a summary analysis of the pleas in law and the conclusions of the appeal. They refer to the documents submitted to the court and the laws that are applied.
They are signed by the chairman, the rapporteur and the secretary or deputy secretary. They are read out in open court.
They are notified by the President to the parties within twenty-four hours. These notifications are made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

Les décisions de la Cour supérieure d’arbitrage sont rendues au nom du peuple français.
Elles contiennent l’analyse sommaire des moyens et les conclusions des recours. Elles visent les pièces soumises à la cour et les lois dont il est fait application.
Elles sont signées par le président, le rapporteur et le secrétaire ou le secrétaire adjoint. Elles sont lues en séance publique.
Elles sont notifiées par le président aux parties dans un délai de vingt-quatre heures. Ces notifications sont faites par lettre recommandée avec avis de réception.
