Article R2524-20 of the French Labour Code

Copies of the decisions of the Superior Court of Arbitration and all procedural acts to which the application of this section gives rise shall bear the mention that they are made in execution of Chapter IV of Title II of Book V of Part II of the Labour Code.
The secretariat of the Court shall communicate the judgments and awards rendered to the Minister responsible for Labour or to the Minister responsible for Agriculture.
The judgments and awards of the Court shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.

Les expéditions des décisions de la Cour supérieure d’arbitrage et tous les actes de procédure auxquels donne lieu l’application de la présente section portent la mention qu’ils sont faits en exécution du chapitre IV du titre II du livre V de la partie II du code du travail.
Le secrétariat de la cour communique les arrêts et les sentences rendus au ministre chargé du travail ou au ministre chargé de l’agriculture.
Les arrêts et les sentences de la cour sont publiés au Journal officiel de la République française.
