Article R261-12 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The members of the Commission for the Protection of Access to Works are subject to an obligation of reserve, under which they must refrain from publicly taking a position that could undermine the serenity of the Commission’s work or their ethical obligations, or that could call into question the Commission’s decisions.

Les membres de la commission de protection de l’accès aux œuvres sont soumis à une obligation de réserve, selon laquelle ils doivent s’abstenir de prendre publiquement une position de nature à porter atteinte à la sérénité des travaux de la commission ou à leurs obligations déontologiques, ou de nature à remettre en cause les décisions de la commission.
