Committee members are bound by an obligation of discretion with regard to documents and information of which they have been made aware.

Any member who has failed to attend three consecutive meetings of the committee without good reason will be declared to have resigned by the chairman.

Les membres de la commission sont tenus à l’obligation de discrétion à raison des pièces, documents et informations dont ils ont eu connaissance.

Est déclaré démissionnaire d’office par le président tout membre qui n’a pas participé sans motif valable à trois séances consécutives de la commission.
