Article R3113-7 of the French Public Health Code

The persons who are the subject of the alerts referred to inArticle R. 3113-1 are informed by the doctors and managers of the medical biology departments and laboratories who process them of the procedures for processing their personal data and of their rights. They may not oppose the transmission of this data to the competent authorities.

The information referred to in Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 is available on the websites of the regional health agencies and the National Public Health Agency.

Les personnes faisant l’objet des signalements mentionnés à l’article R. 3113-1 sont informées par les médecins et responsables des services et laboratoires de biologie médicale qui y procèdent des modalités de traitement des données à caractère personnel les concernant et de leurs droits. Elles ne peuvent s’opposer à la transmission de ces données aux autorités compétentes.

Les informations mentionnées à l’article 14 du règlement (UE) 2016/679 du 27 avril 2016 figurent sur les sites internet des agences régionales de santé et de l’Agence nationale de santé publique.
