If the inspection reveals sources of contamination or infection on board that present a serious risk to public health, the persons or approved bodies mentioned in article R. 3115-31 shall forward all necessary information to the regional health agency without delay.
An order issued by the Minister for Health specifies the procedures for informing the Regional Health Agency.
Si l’inspection révèle des sources de contamination ou d’infection à bord présentant un risque grave pour la santé publique, les personnes ou les organismes agréés mentionnés à l’article R. 3115-31 transmettent sans délai toutes les informations nécessaires à l’agence régionale de santé.
