Article R3115-43 of the French Public Health Code

The approved person or body shall send the Prefect an annual activity report by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, by hand-delivery against receipt, or by electronic transmission with a secure electronic signature under the conditions laid down in article 1367 of the Civil Code and in implementing decree no. 2017-1416 of 28 September 2017, by 1 March of the following calendar year at the latest. The Prefect shall acknowledge receipt.

The annual report sent by the approved person or body includes in particular:

1° A statistical summary of the services provided for the approved activity and a summary of the inspection results and the main measures recommended, broken down according to the type of certificate issued;

2° A summary of the main sources of contamination discovered on board the ships inspected.

Article R3115-43

La personne ou l’organisme agréé adresse au préfet par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception ou dépôt contre récépissé, ou transmission par voie électronique avec signature électronique sécurisée dans les conditions prévues à l’article 1367 du code civil et par le décret n° 2017-1416 du 28 septembre 2017 pris pour son application, un rapport annuel d’activité, au plus tard le 1er mars de l’année civile suivante. Le préfet en accuse réception.

Le rapport annuel transmis par la personne ou l’organisme agréé comprend notamment :

1° Un bilan statistique des prestations effectuées pour l’activité agréée et une synthèse des résultats d’inspection et des principales mesures préconisées, répartis suivant les types de certificats délivrés ;

2° Une synthèse des principales sources de contamination découvertes à bord des navires inspectés.
