Article R3122-12 of the French Public Health Code

The statement or statement of reasons provided for in article R. 3122-11 shall include a list of the supporting documents produced. The exhibits and documents are submitted to the registry of the court of appeal at the same time as the statement of claim or statement of reasons. Where applicable, a copy of the offer of compensation or of the rejection of the claim is attached to the statement.

La déclaration ou l’exposé des motifs prévu à l’article R. 3122-11 mentionne la liste des pièces et documents justificatifs produits. Les pièces et documents sont remis au greffe de la cour d’appel en même temps que la déclaration ou l’exposé des motifs. Le cas échéant, copie de l’offre d’indemnisation ou du rejet de la demande est jointe à la déclaration.
