Article R3122-13 of the French Public Health Code

As soon as the formalities have been completed by the applicant, the clerk’s office of the court of appeal will send the Office, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, a copy of the declaration and, where applicable, of the statement of reasons provided for in article R. 3122-11.

Within one month of this notification, the Office will forward the file to the registry of the Court of Appeal.

Article R3122-13

Dès l’accomplissement des formalités par le demandeur, le greffe de la cour d’appel adresse à l’office, par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, copie de la déclaration et, le cas échéant, de l’exposé des motifs prévus à l’article R. 3122-11.

Dans le mois de cette notification, l’office transmet le dossier au greffe de la cour d’appel.
