The awarding authority publishes the concession notice in the following three publications:
1° In the Official Journal of the European Union;
2° In the Bulletin officiel des annonces des marchés publics or in a legal gazette;
3° In a specialised publication corresponding to the economic sector concerned.

Article R3122-2

L’autorité concédante publie l’avis de concession dans les trois supports suivants :
1° Au Journal officiel de l’Union européenne ;
2° Au Bulletin officiel des annonces des marchés publics ou dans un journal d’annonces légales ;
3° Dans une publication spécialisée correspondant au secteur économique concerné.
