Article R3122-7 of the French Public Health Code

The claimant must inform the Office by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt whether or not he accepts the offer of compensation made to him.

If the claimant accepts the offer, the Office has one month to pay the corresponding sum.

Le demandeur fait connaître à l’office par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception s’il accepte ou non l’offre d’indemnisation qui lui est faite.

Lorsque le demandeur accepte l’offre, l’office dispose d’un délai d’un mois pour verser la somme correspondante.
