The consultation documents consist of all the documents provided by the conceding authority or to which it refers, in order to define the subject, the technical and functional specifications, the conditions for awarding and executing the concession contract, as well as the deadline for submitting applications or tenders and, where applicable, the conditions for charging for the service provided to the user.
They include in particular the concession notice, the concession specifications and, where applicable, the invitation to submit a tender.

Les documents de la consultation sont constitués de l’ensemble des documents fournis par l’autorité concédante ou auxquels elle se réfère, pour définir l’objet, les spécifications techniques et fonctionnelles, les conditions de passation et d’exécution du contrat de concession, ainsi que le délai de remise des candidatures ou des offres et, s’il y a lieu, les conditions de tarification du service rendu à l’usager.
Ils comprennent notamment l’avis de concession, le cahier des charges de la concession et, le cas échéant, l’invitation à présenter une offre.
