The assessment of part-time work provided for in Article L. 3123-15 covers in particular :
1° The number, gender and qualifications of the employees concerned, as well as the part-time working hours applied;
2° The number of overtime hours worked by part-time employees.
At the meeting at which this assessment of part-time work is discussed, the employer explains the reasons why it has refused to allow full-time employees to work part-time and part-time employees to work full-time.
