Article R3123-20 of the French Public procurement code

Before examining the applications, the concession-granting authority which finds that documents or information are missing which must be produced in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 3123-1 to R. 3123-8 and articles R. 3123-16 to R. 3123-19 may ask the applicants concerned to complete their application file within an appropriate period of time. It shall then inform the other applicants of the implementation of this provision.

Avant de procéder à l’examen des candidatures, l’autorité concédante qui constate que manquent des pièces ou informations dont la production était obligatoire conformément aux dispositions des articles R. 3123-1 à R. 3123-8 et aux articles R. 3123-16 à R. 3123-19 peut demander aux candidats concernés de compléter leur dossier de candidature dans un délai approprié. Elle informe alors les autres candidats de la mise en œuvre de la présente disposition.
