Failure to comply with the provisions of article R. 3121-10, relating to the absolute maximum weekly working time, is punishable by a fifth-class fine, imposed as many times as there are employees affected by the offence.
Repeated offences are punishable in accordance with articles 132-11 and 132-15 of the French Penal Code.
Le fait de méconnaître les dispositions de l’article R. 3121-10, relatives à la durée maximale hebdomadaire absolue, est puni de l’amende prévue pour les contraventions de la cinquième classe, prononcée autant de fois qu’il y a de salariés concernés par l’infraction.
La récidive est réprimée conformément aux articles 132-11 et 132-15 du code pénal.
