Le fait de méconnaître les dispositions de l’article L. 3163-3, applicable au travail des jeunes travailleurs de seize à dix huit ans pour la réalisation de travaux passagers en cas d’extrême urgence, est puni de l’amende prévue pour les contraventions de la quatrième classe, prononcée autant de fois qu’il y a de salariés concernés par l’infraction.
