Article R3126-9 of the French Public procurement code

The conceding authority sets the deadline for the submission of bids according to the nature, amount and characteristics of the works or services required of the concessionaire and, where applicable, in accordance with the provisions of article R. 3122-11, the impossibility of providing electronic access to the consultation documents.

Article R3126-9

L’autorité concédante fixe le délai de remise des offres en fonction notamment de la nature, du montant et des caractéristiques des travaux ou services demandés au concessionnaire, et, lorsqu’il y a lieu, conformément aux dispositions de l’article R. 3122-11, de l’impossibilité d’offrir un accès dématérialisé aux documents de la consultation.
