Article R3131-22 of the French Public Health Code

When the person who is the subject of the measure is a minor, the rights mentioned in articles R. 3131-20 and R. 3131-24 are exercised by the persons exercising parental authority or the guardian. Where the person is of full age and is the subject of a legal protection measure with assistance or representation of the person, they are exercised by the person benefiting from this measure or by the person entrusted with it.

The information provided for in the last paragraph of article R. 3131-23 is also given to these persons.

Article R3131-22

Lorsque la personne qui fait l’objet de la mesure est mineure, les droits mentionnés aux articles R. 3131-20 et R. 3131-24 sont exercés par les titulaires de l’exercice de l’autorité parentale ou le tuteur. Lorsqu’elle est majeure et fait l’objet d’une mesure de protection juridique avec assistance ou représentation à la personne, ils sont exercés par la personne bénéficiant de cette mesure ou par la personne qui en est chargée.

L’information prévue par le dernier alinéa de l’article R. 3131-23 est également délivrée à ces personnes.
