Article R3131-3-4 of the French Public Health Code

In the event of acceptance, the Director of the Office will present the claimant with the offer of compensation determined in accordance with the conditions set out in articles L. 3131-4 or L. 3135-3 within six months of the date on which he/she received a complete file.

The claimant shall inform the Office, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, whether or not he accepts the offer of compensation made to him.

Article R3131-3-4

En cas d’acceptation, le directeur de l’office présente au demandeur l’offre d’indemnisation arrêtée dans les conditions fixées aux articles L. 3131-4 ou L. 3135-3 dans un délai de six mois à compter du jour où il a reçu un dossier complet.

Le demandeur fait connaître à l’office, par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, s’il accepte ou non l’offre d’indemnisation qui lui est faite.
