Loading and unloading operations in the following activities benefit from the derogation provided for in article L. 3132-6:
1° Outdoor construction and repair work on river boats;
2° Building work;
3° Open-air brickworks;
4° Fruit, vegetable and fish canning factories;
5° Open-air rope works.

Les opérations de chargement et de déchargement dans les activités suivantes bénéficient de la dérogation prévue à l’article L. 3132-6 :
1° Travaux extérieurs de construction et de réparation des bateaux de rivière ;
2° Travaux du bâtiment ;
3° Briqueteries en plein air ;
4° Conserveries de fruits, de légumes et de poissons ;
5° Corderies de plein air.
