An employer who wishes to suspend the weekly rest period in application of article L. 3132-5, relating to industries dealing with perishable materials or having to respond to an extraordinary increase in work, shall immediately inform the Labour Inspector and, except in cases of force majeure, before work begins.
He shall inform him of the circumstances justifying the suspension of the weekly rest period. It shall indicate the date and duration of this suspension and specify the number of employees to whom it applies.
The information also specifies the two days off per month reserved for employees.
