Article R321-11 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

Where proceedings are joined, the proceedings are continued by the creditor whose summons was published first.
If the summonses were published on the same day, the proceedings are continued by the creditor whose summons is the earliest in date and, if the summonses are dated the same day, by the creditor whose principal claim is the highest.

En cas de jonction d’instances, la procédure est continuée par le créancier dont le commandement a été publié en premier.
Si les commandements ont été publiés le même jour, la procédure est poursuivie par le créancier dont le commandement est le premier en date et si les commandements sont du même jour, par celui dont la créance en principal est la plus élevée.
