Article R321-20 of the French Intellectual Property Code

A member whose request for disclosure of documents submitted pursuant to article L. 326-5, may refer the matter to the supervisory body provided for in article L. 323-14.

The supervisory body issues a reasoned opinion on this refusal. This opinion is notified to the applicant and to the legal representative of the organisation.

Le membre auquel est opposé un refus à sa demande de communication de documents présentée en application de l’article L. 326-5, peut saisir l’organe de surveillance prévu à l’article L. 323-14.

L’organe de surveillance rend un avis motivé sur ce refus. Cet avis est notifié au demandeur et au représentant légal de l’organisme.
