Article R321-21 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

On expiry of the period provided for in article R. 321-20 and until publication of the title deed, any interested party may ask the enforcement judge to declare that the summons has lapsed and to order that this be noted in the margin of the copy of the summons published in the property register.

A l’expiration du délai prévu à l’article R. 321-20 et jusqu’à la publication du titre de vente, toute partie intéressée peut demander au juge de l’exécution de constater la péremption du commandement et d’ordonner la mention de celle-ci en marge de la copie du commandement publié au fichier immobilier.
