The Conseil des maisons de vente is responsible for organising the electoral operations and counting the votes.
Voting takes place electronically.
Electronic voting is organised in compliance with the fundamental principles governing electoral operations, in particular the sincerity of the ballot, access to the vote for all voters, the personal and free nature and integrity of the votes cast, effective monitoring of the ballot and a posteriori control by the election judge.
Prior to its implementation or any substantial change in its design, the electronic voting system referred to in this article shall be subject to an independent assessment carried out at the request of the Conseil des maisons de vente. This report shall cover the entire system installed prior to the vote, the conditions of use of the voting system during the vote and the stages after the vote.
The Conseil des maisons de vente shall determine the conditions of use of the voting system.
The Conseil des maisons de vente adopts the rules governing electoral operations, which are published on its website two months before the date of the ballot.
