Article R321-52 of the French Commercial code

The appeal does not suspend enforcement. However, the First President of the Paris Court of Appeal, ruling in summary proceedings, may suspend the execution of the decision or of some of its effects, where it is likely to entail manifestly excessive consequences or where a plea is made that is likely to create, in the state of the investigation, a serious doubt as to the legality of the decision.

Le recours n’est pas suspensif d’exécution. Toutefois, le premier président de la cour d’appel de Paris, statuant en référé, peut suspendre l’exécution de la décision ou de certains de ses effets, lorsque celle-ci risque d’entraîner des conséquences manifestement excessives ou qu’il est fait état d’un moyen propre à créer, en l’état de l’instruction, un doute sérieux quant à la légalité de la décision.
