I. – The creative support referred to in Article L. 324-17 means assistance given:

1° To the creation of a work, its performance, the first fixation of a work or performance on a phonogram or videogram;

2° To defence, promotion and information actions undertaken in the interests of creators and their works.

II. – The aid for the dissemination of live performances referred to in Article L. 324-17 refers to assistance provided:

1° To events presenting, on a principal or accessory basis, a live performance;

2° To actions designed to ensure the dissemination of works and artistic performances of live performances.

III. – The aid for the training of artists referred to in Article L. 324-17 refers to assistance given to professional training initiatives for authors and performers.

Article R321-6

I. – L’aide à la création mentionnée à l’article L. 324-17 s’entend des concours apportés :

1° A la création d’une œuvre, à son interprétation, à la première fixation d’une œuvre ou d’une interprétation sur un phonogramme ou un vidéogramme ;

2° A des actions de défense, de promotion et d’information engagées dans l’intérêt des créateurs et de leurs œuvres.

II. – L’aide à la diffusion du spectacle vivant mentionnée à l’article L. 324-17 s’entend des concours apportés :

1° A des manifestations présentant, à titre principal ou accessoire, un spectacle vivant ;

2° A des actions propres à assurer la diffusion des œuvres et des prestations artistiques du spectacle vivant.

III. – L’aide à la formation d’artistes mentionnée à l’article L. 324-17 s’entend des concours apportés à des actions de formation professionnelle des auteurs et des artistes-interprètes.
