The judicial procedure for dealing with seclusion and restraint measures taken in application of article L. 3222-5-1 shall be governed by the Code of Civil Procedure , subject to the provisions of this section.
The provisions of articles 642, 643 and 644 of the Code of Civil Procedure shall not apply.
