Article R3211-40 of the French Public Health Code

Under the written procedure without a hearing provided for in III of article L. 3211-12-2, the court registry shall notify the parties of the order without delay and by any means that can be used to establish receipt. The court registry shall notify the establishment director by any means.

Dans le cadre de la procédure écrite sans audience prévue au III de l’article L. 3211-12-2, l’ordonnance est notifiée par le greffe aux parties sans délai et par tout moyen permettant d’en établir la réception. Le greffe en avise le directeur d’établissement par tout moyen.
