The description report includes:
1° A description of the premises, their composition and surface area;
2° An indication of the occupancy conditions and the identity of the occupants, as well as any rights they may have;
3° Where applicable, the name and address of the co-ownership manager;
4° Any other useful information about the property provided, in particular, by the occupant.

Le procès-verbal de description comprend :
1° La description des lieux, leur composition et leur superficie ;
2° L’indication des conditions d’occupation et l’identité des occupants ainsi que la mention des droits dont ils se prévalent ;
3° Le cas échéant, le nom et l’adresse du syndic de copropriété ;
4° Tous autres renseignements utiles sur l’immeuble fournis, notamment, par l’occupant.
