Within the period mentioned in article R. 322-31 and at the request of the pursuing creditor, a simplified notice is affixed at the entrance or, failing this, at the boundary of the seized property and published in two periodical editions of local or regional newspapers, at the rate for ordinary advertisements.
This notice indicates, with the exception of the forced nature of the sale and the identity of the debtor:
1° The property is being put up for sale by public auction;
2° The nature of the property and its address;
3° The amount of the upset price;
4° The day, time and place of the sale;
5° An indication that the schedule of conditions of sale may be consulted at the registry of the execution judge or at the chaser’s lawyer’s chambers.
The format and font size of the notice affixed to the property are identical to those mentioned in article R. 322-31.
