On the first working day following the sale, and except where the sale is carried out after an improved bid, an extract from the minutes of the hearing, mentioning the sale price and the costs charged, is displayed by the registry at the door of the courtroom during the period in which the improved bid may be made.
The extract shall mention the summary description of the immovable as set out in the initial notice, the sale price and the taxed costs, as well as an indication of the registry competent to receive higher bids and the ten-day period following the sale within which such bids may be made.
