Article R322-9 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

Mention of the issue of the summons and the notices is made in the margin of the copy of the summons to pay for the seizure published in the real estate register within eight days of the last summons being served.
From the date of this entry, the registration of the summons may only be cancelled with the consent of all registered creditors or by virtue of a judgment enforceable against them.

La mention de la délivrance de l’assignation et des dénonciations est portée en marge de la copie du commandement de payer valant saisie publiée au fichier immobilier dans les huit jours de la dernière signification en date.
Du jour de cette mention, l’inscription du commandement ne peut plus être radiée que du consentement de tous les créanciers inscrits ou en vertu d’un jugement qui leur soit opposable.
