Article R324-7 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The duration of the mediation may not exceed three months from the date of receipt of the joint request or the date of the last notice of receipt in the case provided for in the last paragraph of the preceding article.

The mediation may be renewed once for the same duration at the request of the mediator and with the agreement of the parties.

La durée de la médiation ne peut excéder trois mois à compter de la date de réception de la requête conjointe ou de la date du dernier avis de réception dans le cas prévu au dernier alinéa de l’article précédent.

La médiation peut être reconduite une fois pour la même durée à la demande du médiateur et avec l’accord des parties.
