When contracts or agreements signed by a department or a departmental public establishment are transferred, even partially, the concessionaire is subject to the same obligations as the transferor with regard to control measures.

Lorsque des marchés ou conventions passés par un département ou un établissement public départemental font l’objet d’une rétrocession même partielle, le concessionnaire est soumis en ce qui concerne les mesures de contrôle aux mêmes obligations que le cédant.
