Article R326-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code

Any change of status or general regulations, and any termination of office of a member of the deliberative and governing bodies of an approved organisation must be communicated to the Minister responsible for culture within fifteen days of the corresponding event. Failure to notify may result in the withdrawal of approval.

Tout changement de statut ou de règlement général, et toute cessation de fonction d’un membre des organes délibérants et dirigeants d’un organisme agréé sont communiqués au ministre chargé de la culture dans un délai de quinze jours à compter de l’événement correspondant. Le défaut de déclaration peut entraîner le retrait de l’agrément.
