Article R326-7 of the French Intellectual Property Code

When it is granted approval under the conditions mentioned in Article L. 134-3, the collective management organisation shall publish the following information on its website without delay, in a dedicated and identifiable section:

-the date of the approval order;

-the procedures for exercising the right to object provided for in the fifth paragraph of article L. 134-5 and the request for withdrawal provided for in the first two paragraphs of article L. 134-6;

-the period within which, in the event of opposition or application for withdrawal, the exploitation of the book must be terminated.

Article R326-7

Lorsqu’il se voit délivrer un agrément dans les conditions mentionnées à l’article L. 134-3, l’organisme de gestion collective publie sans délai sur son site internet, au sein d’une rubrique dédiée et identifiable, les informations suivantes :

-la date de l’arrêté d’agrément ;

-les modalités d’exercice du droit d’opposition prévu au cinquième alinéa de l’article L. 134-5 et de la demande de retrait prévue aux deux premiers alinéas de l’article L. 134-6 ;

-le délai dans lequel, en cas d’opposition ou de demande de retrait, il doit être mis fin à l’exploitation du livre.
