Article R329-18 of the French Intellectual Property Code

If an approved organisation ceases to meet one of the conditions set out in article R. 329-13, the Minister responsible for culture will give it written notice to comply with the conditions of approval. The beneficiary of the authorisation has a period of one month in which to present its observations and, where applicable, the measures it intends to take to comply.

Withdrawal of authorisation is pronounced by the Minister responsible for culture.
Withdrawal of approval is pronounced by order of the Minister for Culture, published in the Journal officiel de la République française.

Article R329-18

Si un organisme agréé cesse de remplir l’une des conditions fixées à l’article R. 329-13, le ministre chargé de la culture le met, par écrit, en demeure de respecter les conditions de l’agrément. Le bénéficiaire de l’agrément dispose d’un délai d’un mois pour présenter ses observations et, le cas échéant, les mesures de mise en conformité qu’il entend mettre en œuvre.

Le retrait de l’agrément est prononcé par arrêté du ministre chargé de la culture, publié au Journal officiel de la République française.
