Article R331-13 of the French Intellectual Property Code

A record of the hearing of the person concerned shall be drawn up by the member of the Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique designated pursuant to IV of article 4 of law no. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 relating to freedom of communication or by an agent authorised and sworn pursuant to article R. 331-2.

The record shall be signed by the person concerned and by his or her counsel, by the person conducting the hearing and by the person who drew it up. If the person interviewed or his or her counsel does not wish to sign the minutes, this will be noted on the minutes.

A copy of the minutes will be given to the person concerned.

Article R331-13

Il est dressé procès-verbal de l’audition de l’intéressé par le membre de l’Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique désigné en application du IV de l’article 4 de la loi n° 86-1067 du 30 septembre 1986 relative à la liberté de communication ou par un agent habilité et assermenté en application de l’article R. 331-2.

Le procès-verbal est signé par l’intéressé et par son conseil, par la personne procédant à l’audition ainsi que par celle qui l’a rédigé. Si la personne entendue ou son conseil ne veut pas signer le procès-verbal, mention en est portée sur celui-ci.

Une copie du procès-verbal est remise à l’intéressé.
