Article R331-23 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The report by the Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique provided for in Article 18 of Law No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, gives an account of the guidelines it has set, pursuant to the last paragraph of Article L. 331-28, with regard to the procedures for exercising and the scope of the private copy exception and the decisions taken by it, on the basis of article L. 331-29 with regard to interoperability, article L. 331-30 with regard to exceptions and article L. 331-31 with regard to the transmission of printed texts in the form of a digital file.

Article R331-23

Le rapport de l’Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique prévu à l’article 18 de la loi n° 86-1067 du 30 septembre 1986 relative à la liberté de communication, rend notamment compte des orientations qu’elle a fixées, en application du dernier alinéa de l’article L. 331-28, pour ce qui regarde les modalités d’exercice et le périmètre de l’exception pour copie privée et des décisions prises par elle, sur le fondement de l’article L. 331-29 en matière d’interopérabilité, de l’article L. 331-30 en matière d’exceptions et de l’article L. 331-31 en matière de transmission des textes imprimés sous la forme d’un fichier numérique.
