Article R331-50 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The First President of the Court of Appeal or his delegate shall set the time limits within which the parties to the proceedings must communicate their written observations to each other and file a copy thereof with the court registry. He shall also set the date for the hearing.

The court registry notifies the parties of these time limits and summonses them to the hearing by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

Le premier président de la cour d’appel ou son délégué fixe les délais dans lesquels les parties à l’instance doivent se communiquer leurs observations écrites et en déposer copie au greffe de la cour. Il fixe également la date des débats.


Le greffe notifie ces délais aux parties et les convoque à l’audience par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception.
