Article R331-53 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The decisions of the Paris Court of Appeal or its first president are notified by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt by the court registry to the parties to the proceedings.

They are brought to the attention of the president of the Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique, the minister in charge of culture and, with regard to disputes concerning the interoperability of technical measures, to the minister in charge of industrial property, by simple letter on the initiative of the registry.

Les décisions de la cour d’appel de Paris ou de son premier président sont notifiées par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception par le greffe de la cour aux parties à l’instance.

Elles sont portées à la connaissance du président de l’Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique, du ministre chargé de la culture et, pour ce qui concerne les litiges relatifs à l’interopérabilité des mesures techniques, au ministre chargé de la propriété industrielle, par lettre simple à l’initiative du greffe.
