Article R3332-8 of the French Public Health Code

At the end of each year of validity of the approval, the approved training organisation will send the authority referred to in Article R. 3332-4 a report containing the following information in particular:

1° A list of training locations by department ;

2° The number of sessions organised;

3° The number of candidates trained and the number of certificates, within the meaning of article R. 3332-4-1, issued at national and departmental level;

4° An analysis of the difficulties encountered during training sessions.

Article R3332-8

L’organisme de formation agréé transmet à l’autorité mentionnée à l’article R. 3332-4, au terme de chaque année de validité de l’agrément, un rapport comprenant notamment les éléments suivants :

1° La liste par département des lieux de formation ;

2° Le nombre de sessions organisées ;

3° Le nombre de candidats formés et le nombre d’attestations, au sens de l’article R. 3332-4-1, délivrées au niveau national et départemental ;

4° Une analyse des difficultés rencontrées au cours des formations.
