Article R3333-6 of the French Labour Code

The amendment to the rules of an inter-company savings plan set up between several individual employers, concluded in accordance with the provisions of the second and third paragraphs of article L. 3333-7, is filed with the departmental directorate for employment, work and solidarity with which the plan rules were filed in accordance with the provisions of article R. 3332-4.

Article R3333-6

L’avenant à un règlement d’un plan d’épargne interentreprises institué entre plusieurs employeurs pris individuellement, conclu conformément aux dispositions des deuxième et troisième alinéas de l’article L. 3333-7, est déposé à la direction départementale de l’emploi, du travail et des solidarités auprès de laquelle a été déposé le règlement du plan conformément aux dispositions de l’article R. 3332-4.
