Article R3334-5 of the French Labour Code

The employee’s request for early liquidation may be made at any time, except in the case provided for in 3° of article R. 3334-4. In this case, the request must be made within six months of the triggering event.

The early lifting of the unavailability period takes the form of a single payment which, at the option of the person concerned, relates to all or part of the rights likely to be released.

La demande du salarié de liquidation anticipée peut intervenir à tout moment, sauf dans le cas prévu au 3° de l’article R. 3334-4. Dans ce cas, elle intervient dans un délai de six mois à compter de la survenance du fait générateur.

La levée anticipée de l’indisponibilité intervient sous forme d’un versement unique qui porte, au choix de l’intéressé, sur tout ou partie des droits susceptibles d’être débloqués.
