Article R351-4 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Any de jure or de facto manager of a commercial company referred to in article R. 313-14 who contravenes the obligations referred to in I of that article, or any other legal entity or natural person who is a trader, who contravenes the obligations referred to in II of that article, is liable to a fine of 5th class.

Repeated breaches of this article are punishable in accordance with article 132-11 of the French Criminal Code.

Article R351-4

Le fait, pour tout dirigeant de droit ou de fait, d’une société commerciale mentionnée à l’article R. 313-14 de contrevenir aux obligations mentionnées au I de cet article, ou pour toute autre personne morale ou personne physique ayant la qualité de commerçant, de contrevenir aux obligations mentionnées au II dudit article est puni de l’amende prévue pour les contraventions de la 5e classe.

La récidive de la contravention au présent article est réprimée conformément à l’article 132-11 du code pénal.
