Article R3543-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The Department of Mayotte receives the allocation provided for in Article R. 3334-5.

It also receives an allocation taken from the appropriations allocated to the increase mentioned in article R. 3334-7. This allocation is calculated by applying to the total amount of this increase the ratio, increased by 10%, between the municipal population of the Department of Mayotte and the municipal population of all the departments, the collectivity of Saint-Martin, the collectivity of Saint-Barthélemy, the Department of Mayotte and the territorial collectivity of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, according to the latest population census.

Le Département de Mayotte reçoit l’attribution prévue à l’article R. 3334-5.

Il reçoit en outre une dotation prélevée sur les crédits affectés à la majoration mentionnée à l’article R. 3334-7. Cette dotation est calculée par application au montant total de cette majoration du rapport, majoré de 10 %, entre la population municipale du Département de Mayotte et la population municipale de l’ensemble des départements, de la collectivité de Saint-Martin, de la collectivité de Saint-Barthélemy, du Département de Mayotte et de la collectivité territoriale de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, selon le dernier recensement de population.
