Article R361-6 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of this book to Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon:
1° References to the judicial court are replaced by references to the court of first instance;
2° References to the court of appeal are replaced by references to the superior court of appeal;
3° References to the president of the departmental council are replaced by references to the president of the territorial council of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
